We thank you and appreciate for hiring our services. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any hire you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our products and services listings.
Refund policy for editing services
We offer a refund only for duplicate and excess payments. There is no refund if an article is rejected after our editing due to whatever reason.
If your article is rejected after our editing (subject to an unaltered submission to the journal) solely due to poor English - there should not be any other technical reason or weakness in the study, pointed by the journal reviewer/editor - we may provide free re-editing.
Furthermore, to qualify free re-editing, the manuscript must be edited completely, including figure and table legends, the reported data (presented in tables and figures), references, etc. If a manuscript is partially edited, e.g., references are excluded, the excluded part may contain errors and might lead to a consequent rejection.
We highly recommend all new clients to take a trial before going for complete editing.
Refund policy for publishing serviceThere is no refund once your article/book is published or accepted for publications.
Cancellation Policy
Your submission will be canceled automatically if you do not make payment or approve with 15 days of the confirmation mail.
We do not allow cancellation if you have approved and explicitly asked us to start editing or have made payment.
We also do not allow changing the manuscript version, once the editing process has started.
